My Favorite Astrology Resources

Hi friends,

What websites, YouTube Channels and books do I turn to for astrological wisdom, knowledge and learning? Check out my recommendations below!

I’m going to have to cut back on my YouTubing (is that a word?) in 2023. Life is getting very full and busy, and I’m going to be turning more of my attention to the Nuit Astrology memberships, my seminary studies, writing and creating courses and content. And also leading retreats!

So look for all that goodness in the coming year!

Meanwhile, there are some incredible resources out there, and I want to share with you my favorites.

Recommended YouTube Channels:

Nadiya Shah. Amazing content, educational, informative, fun. Nadiya has the vibe of being your favorite brilliant professor, but also your best girlfriend. I highly recommend her channel.

Nightlight Astrology, Adam Elenbaas. A very erudite, philosophical and technical view of astrology. But also very relatable. Love his “grabbed” series where people send him stories of what happened under specific transits.

The Astrology Podcast. Once you know some astrology, this channel is a space to really learn and explore. Chris Brennan has a very dry Scorpionic vibe but absolutely knows his stuff and has incredible guests.

Lada Duncheva of Astrolada. Lada is a brilliant astrologer in her own right, but also hosts a wide variety of guests on her YouTube channel. I love her take on things, and she is always willing to make specific predictions that are usually spot on.

Kepler College. Kepler College is a great online source for educational opportunities related to astrology, and their YouTube channel has a wide variety of videos that are interesting and educational.

Recommended Websites:

Free charts:  www.astro.com

www.mysticmedusa.com — I’ve been a subscriber to Mystic for many years. I find her irreverent, fun and informative. The blog is free, but I always go for the paid content — the oracle and tarot are worth the price alone.

www.chaninicholas.com — Love me some Chani! She has a fabulous presence on social media, a great website and many of my friends sing the praises of her app.

www.astrologywithandy.com — I started following this guy based on his blogs about the astrology of the United States. I enjoy hearing his thoughts, opinions and predictions.

wwww.nadiyasha.com —- Nadiya is a wonderful astrologer, prolific author and a great teacher and mentor. I highly recommend her website, her YouTube, and her membership programs. I love taking classes through her Synchronicity University, and have been honored to teach there as well.

www.astro-charts.com — I love this site because you can search by sign or aspect. It’s a great way to learn through looking at various famous people and seeing how their astrology influenced their life and work.

Recommended Reading:

Anything by Steven Forrest; he has a unique voice in astrology, but if you groove with it, you can learn so much.

Anything from The Hermetic Brotherhood of Light (very studious texts).

The Wisdom and Way of Astrology, Goswami Kriyananda. He is my direct teacher, and this book is very thorough. He is a brilliant astrologer; his “do’s and don’ts” for each sign is so great.

You Were Made for This, Chani Nicholas. This is the BEST basic beginner book.

Chiron: Rainbow Bridge Between the Inner & Outer Planets by Barbara Hand Clow. If you are a helper/healer or you have endured any physical or mental suffering, your natal Chiron and Chiron transits can explain a lot.

Astrology for the Soul, Jan Spiller. This book simply focuses on the the North Node and South Node of the Moon. But it totally works.

Planets in Transit, Robert Hand. The transit Bible; seriously helpful.

Secrets From a Stargazer’s Notebook, Debbi Kempton-Smith. Adorably irreverent and helpful.
