This is one of my favorite books. The 13 Original Clan Mothers by Jamie Sims weaves in Native American teachings by introducing you to the Clan Mother for each of the 13 Moons of a calendar year. This deep teaching on the Medicine Wheel and our need to synchronize our lives with that of Mother Earth and Nature is truly inspirational and a uniquely feminine way to look at each Lunar cycle.

The introduction to these 13 Clan Mothers teaches us what the gifts, talents and abilities of each of these Divine Feminine Principles has to offer us as we live through an entire year. Highly recommend, an absolute gem of a book if you have any interest in Nature, Indigenous teachings or the Divine feminine.
