This month I recommend an older title, Planets in Transit, expanded second edition, by Robert Hand. Once you grasp the basics of your natal chart, the next adventure is figuring out transits. This one has helped me to personally prepare for a variety of transits, from the simple to the extended. Each time a major planet shifts into a new house for me, I love consulting this book to see what Mr. Hand proscribes.

Excellent book, it belongs on any astrology student’s shelf.

Jill Loftis is an astrologer, mystic, yogi and mom. She came to study and learn astrology as a student of the Kriya lineage through the branch of Goswami Kriyananda and The Temple of Kriya Yoga.
