Hands-On Love; Yoga and Sound Healing with Jill Loftis and Cheryl Murphy

3:00-4:30 pm (Beginners/Level 1)

5:00-6:30 pm (Level 2-3)

Join Jill and Cheryl in the Roanoke area for a deeply healing yoga and sound session. We will begin with intention setting, sound and breathwork; move into our yoga practice with lots of hands-on adjusts and assists from Jill; and then wrap with a full 30-minute sound savasana, accompanied by a full savasana assist (shoulders, neck, face massage) as you soak up the magic of the singing bowls.
