Recommended Read: Easy Tarot Handbook

The Easy Tarot Handbook by Josephine Ellershaw came with a set of tarot cards which became my absolute favorites — The Gilded Tarot by Ciro Marchetti. Even though the name is very basic, the book is written for that deck specifically, and it became my most helpful resource.

If some of the typical tarot decks don’t work for you, or you do not want a huge overly-detailed description, this book is for you. It is perfect for beginners and I’ve referred to it so often that the pages are coming out. Great resource for beginners.
