Journaling Prompts for Manifesting

Journaling is a fantastic tool for introspection and understanding and taking the time to write about what you wish to manifest can help you to focus and discern. The first thing about manifestation to remember is that you want to be consciously manifesting. It is easy to let our desire nature run away with our minds and then we become scattered. Focus is important.

And not necessarily focus on the details, but a focus on what we wish to gain from that which we are manifesting. General statements like “I want love” or “I want money” can go very sideways. “I want love” can mean a stray puppy comes into your life. “I want money” can become a car wreck and an insurance payout.

Often people aren’t exactly sure WHAT they want. They know more about what they DON’T want based upon previous experiences.

The other block to manifestation is to not have enough self-worth to believe that you are worthy of the best things in life. If you think poorly of yourself in your mind, it becomes a forcefield of negative energy that literally makes it impossible for you to vibe with the good stuff – because “good things don’t happen for me…..”

Remember that manifestation can also be the manifestation of negative experiences.

Great starter journaling prompts:

1.     Am I happy?

2.     What do I think would create more happiness in my life?

3.     Am I worthy of this goodness?

4.     Am I worthy of being happy?

5.     How is my daily life fulfilling my needs?

6.     How is my daily life NOT fulfilling my needs?

7.     Am I engaged in meaningful work?

8.     Do I feel loved?

9.     What one thing could I begin doing today in order to become happier?

10.  What one thing could I stop doing today in order to become happier?
