Recommended Reading: Happy, Healthy, Sexy
I love this book by my friend, Katie Silcox. It’s actually a book about Ayurveda, the sister-science to yoga. This ancient system is about food, lifestyle, skincare and maintaining a happy, healthy body. And add in sexy, because sexual health and expression are so important, and sadly often not included when talking about the physical and mental health of women.
This book doesn’t have to be a cover-to-cover read. If you’re interested in the right food for your body type and also seasonal eating, you can study up on that. If you’re interested in reclaiming your sexuality and sexual health, you can focus on that. Is digestion a big problem for you? Katie’s got real answers for you.
