Course Launch: Life Transformation Course, Level 1 with Jill Loftis
Hello my beautiful friends; I am so excited to bring to you my first full-length course. Life Transformation Course (LTC), Level 1. This is work I have been teaching for year at Uttara Yoga Studio, the studio that I founded and ran for 13 years. This cornerstone work is the deeper teachings of yoga; the mystical good stuff. More than just stretching and poses, yoga a system for solving human problems. And it works.
I always ask people to take this course if they are feeling stuck. If they are wanting to make change but not sure how to begin.
I actually began filming these videos back in 2019; right before the pandemic and the “end of the world as we knew it.” I’ve pushed through (slowly …) to complete the course, and I am so thrilled to offer it to you now.
