PEF April 2023

There are several significant Moon Void periods this month; be sure to watch my video on Moon Voids on the YouTube channel and check your time zone for accuracy. These times are all EST.

The beginning of this month is more easeful than the latter half, so take note of that and be as productive as you can before Mercury moves into shadow. The end of this month launches eclipse season as well. Get steady early in April after the huge shifts of March because more bumps will begin.

April 1, We begin the month with a continuation of the beautiful flow from Mars in Gemini to both the North and South Nodes and to Saturn in Pisces. Very karmic inspiration; great for ideas, writing, creativity.  Moon in Leo squares Uranus and Venus in Taurus; trine to Jupiter in Aries.

April 2, Mars in Gemini, Saturn in Pisces, South Node in Scorpio continue their grand trine; in play for a whole week. Try to find the flow between these areas of life; it will feel easy, but don’t waste the energy, you will need to go for it. Leo Moon trine to Mercury in Aries and opposes Saturn; sends a nice sextile to Mars. Pluto barely in Aquarius begins to square Mercury in Aries; power struggles may occur.

April 3, Mercury into Taurus and directly squares Pluto in Aquarius; power struggles, negative thinking. Let it show you the truth and then make practical decisions that will support that reality. Virgo Moon blends beautifully with Uranus in Taurus helping to ground you and come up with solutions.

April 4, Virgo Moon flows beautifully with Venus in Taurus; stands across from Neptune in Pisces; goes void at 9:50 am EST then moves into Libra at 5:51 pm EST. Then it sends a trine energy to Pluto in Aquarius. A blend of intuition and analysis. If you can’t figure something out, go for a walk or hug a tree.

April 5, Libra Moon squares Mars in Cancer which can bring up tension in relationships or difficult emotions; Mercury in Taurus sends a blessing to Saturn in Pisces, good for critical thinking.

April 6, Full Moon 16° 7’ Libra at 12:34 am EST; all-day Moon void (8:43 am until 2:29 am the next day) so perform your rituals before that begins. Saturn in Pisces continues sending a trine to the South Node in Scorpio and a sextile to the North Node in Taurus which is touching Mercury in Taurus; so this brings in a more mental element to the situation that we started the month with. Sun comes within one degree of Chiron in Aries; they walk together until April 11. Find the catharsis, the healing and the hope that come from taking wise actions. Also note - Mercury goes into shadow zone of her retrograde today; 4 - 5 degrees of all signs is getting pummeled. If you have placements at those degrees you will be having a more karmic experience right now.

April 7, Venus in one of her favorite signs, Taurus, gets a blessing sextile from Neptune in Pisces. Beautifully inspiring. Scorpio Moon squares Pluto in Aquarius, trines Saturn in Pisces, stands across from Mercury in Taurus and trines to Mars in Cancer. Very intense feelings and turf wars. Stand your ground, but stay away from tricky people.

April 8, Mercury in Taurus trines Mars in Cancer. Scorpio Moon stands across from Uranus in Taurus. Sudden, shocking events possible, more strong feelings from people wanting to secure their home, their turf.

April 9, We still have the beautiful flow between Saturn in Pisces and the Nodes; we started the month with it close and with Mars playing along, but now it is just Saturn and the Nodes. Big karmic events at work here; this is in play throughout the rest of the month. Look at 3-4 degrees of Pisces, Scorpio and Taurus; you’ve got a tremendous flow to work with. Harmonize those areas of life, opportunity is there for you. The Moon in Scorpio trines Neptune; stands across the sky from Venus in Taurus; sextiles Pluto in Aquarius; and squares to Saturn in Pisces. This adds some spark and edge to things, but positive.

April 10, Super blessed day with lots of positive potentials. Sun begins to meet Jupiter in Aries in addition to that Saturn/Nodal action. The only thing that could go wrong is you over-doing it; look back 12 years ago; take advantage of opportunities but don’t go too big or be delusional optimistic. Magical realist energy. Sun is moving away from Chiron, which will also help things out.

April 11, Venus into Gemini; bring on the flirtation and fun! She immediately trines to Pluto in Aquarius; get out and be social! Sun precise conjunction with Jupiter offers abundance and positivity. Early morning Sagittarius Moon squares to Neptune in Pisces; late in the day sends a sextile to Saturn in Pisces. That’s always watch-your-mouth energy, but nice blessings if you are ready to learn, study and gain wisdom.

April 12, Capricorn Moon stands across from Mars in Cancer; trines to Mercury and Uranus in Taurus. This will illuminate home and career balance, as well as resources and values.

April 13, Capricorn Moon squares Jupiter and Sun in Aries; sextiles Neptune in Pisces; voids from 10:14 am to 4:42 pm and meets with Pluto in Aquarius. Finishes with a trine to Venus in Gemini. That’s a lot of energy, stay grounded. Venus in Gemini begins to square Saturn in Pisces; in play for the next several days, could yield some issues around values and reality.

April 14, Venus in Gemini square Saturn in Pisces; this will show you where you are being too unrealistic. Moon in Aquarius trines both Mercury and Uranus in Taurus, this will help you to detach from outcomes.

April 15, Lovely beams from the Aquarius Moon to Jupiter and Sun in Aries; good for discerning the path to your dreams and aspirations. This is another long moon-void day, from 11:16 am EST to 6:57 pm EST.

April 16, Pisces Moon touches Saturn; cold, harsh feelings. Squares to Venus in Gemini which amplifies that square between Venus and Saturn. Positively it trines Mars in Cancer and sextile to Mercury in Taurus which will help a lot.

April 17, Pisces Moon sextile Uranus in Taurus; touches Neptune; slides into Aries and sextiles Pluto in Aquarius. Very inspiration and then wanting to pick a direction and GO.

April 18, Aries Moon sextile Venus in Gemini; squares Mars in Cancer. Slow down a bit and focus on the positive Saturn/Node energy to see the way forward.

April 19, Moon/Jupiter meet in Aries; big feels! A desire to be independent, but could bring rash action. Ground down. April 19-21 Mercury close to Uranus; look for insights, synchronicities. Magical thinking becomes more magical.

April 20, Sun into Taurus; happy solar return my fellow bulls! The first eclipse season of 2023 begins with a New Moon Solar Eclipse at 29° 49’ Aries at 12:13 am. This Moon squares Pluto in Aquarius, but trines to Saturn in Pisces; The Sun newly in Taurus also squares to Pluto in Aquarius. Potential issues with money, resources.

April 21, Mercury Stationary Rx at 15 degrees of Taurus; our first Mercury Rx of the year; shadow started on April 6. Big Taurus Moon day, she sextiles to Mars in Cancer, touches both Mercury and Uranus and then sextiles to Neptune in Pisces. There is something you will need to re-think, re-examine or repair in the Taurus area of life, and this day should give you some clues.

April 22, Mars in Cancer begins to move into a square with Chiron in Aries; this will test whether the Chiron in Aries transit has helped you to become more deeply secure within yourself and understand what it is that you need to feel inner stability and strength; Gemini Moon trines Pluto in Aquarius, squares Saturn in Pisces, testing your emotional radar.

April 23, Moon and Venus meet up in Gemini; very chatty; Mercury in Taurus backs up into a sextile with Mars in Cancer.

April 24, North Node and the Sun meet at 4 degrees of Taurus; still feeling that trine/sextile from Saturn to the Nodes and now to the Sun as well for the next couple days. With the Sun opposition to the South Node, don’t overdo the Taurus and don’t go low Scorpio. High vibe those signs. You’ve been steeping in this energy all month, and now the Sun is here, you should be in a good place with it or it will show you what needs to evolve. Positive support. Gemini Moon sextile Jupiter in Aries; squares Neptune in Pisces. Another Moon void day, 8:15 am EST to 2:58 pm. EST.

April 25, Sun in Taurus sextile Saturn in Pisces; a bit of luck or opportunity, go for it! Cancer Moon has a nice day so intuition is on point; it sextiles to the Sun in Taurus; trines Saturn in Pisces; sextiles Mercury in Taurus and then comes together with Mars.

April 26, Cancer Moon sextiles to Uranus in Taurus; squares Jupiter in Aries; trines Neptune in Pisces. Just don’t go too hard or too fast; tap into intuition!

April 27, Moon moves into Leo and stands across from Pluto in Aquarius; then squares to the Sun in Taurus. Exact square between Mars in Cancer and Chiron in Aries. A bit of ouch, but it’s informative.

April 28, Leo Moon squares Mercury and Uranus in Taurus; sextile to Venus in Gemini. Sun begins to separate from it’s engagement with the Nodes (conjunction and opposition); Saturn is still supporting both Nodes with positive energy.

April 29, Lovely Mars in Cancer sextile to Uranus in Taurus; another long void of course Moon day. The Moon in Leo trines to Jupiter in Aries and then voids at 6:53 am EST; doesn’t go into Virgo/stop being void of course until 2:59 pm EST.

April 30, Virgo Moon opposes Saturn in Pisces; trines to Sun and Mercury Rx in Taurus. It’s hard to know what’s real and what’s true, but the answer is find your personal inner compass and value system; that will tell you what you need to know.
